I suspected my sewage pipe had a leak in it the day before Easter. With it being past 5pm and on a Saturday during a holiday weekend I had no hope of getting anyone out to my place to take a look. Thankfully Roto-Rooter was able to send out Jim in less than an hour and he was amazing! He was able to locate the problem and give me advice and solutions for my next steps. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again and strongly recommend Jim if you can get him!

I had a sewer line back up into my home the Saturday night before Easter. A tech named Jim came out at 9 PM and helped with the service. He was there late into the night and helped fixed the Issue. Extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend especially if you can get my guy JIM. THANK YOU!

*Two months later, after many calls and anger on my part, Roto Rooter fixed the issue with permit and inspection at no additional cost.*
I had work done by Roto Rooter and I am not satisfied. In the invoice I was charged for a permit which, after a call to the city, I found out was not pulled. There was no inspection, though the invoice stated that there would be one. Work was completed but a month and a half later the same problem reoccurred. They make excuses and dont seem to understand when someone spends over 10,000 on fixing a problem they expect the problem to be fixed, and if not all efforts should be made to make it good. Anger and frustration is all I got from using this company. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

We had called this company to come out about a month ago and we wanted them to diagnose our septic leak in our backyard that was coming from a root that had punctured our septic pipe however when Nelson and Rene came out, Nelson was the supervisor and he seemed more concerned about trying to sell us a service that we didn't need along with not diagnosing re-issue correctly and was instead acting more like a car salesman then he was a concerned and caring plumber. We were originally told that we were only going to be paying $460 for the diagnosis and to help get our snake out of our line which was stuck and we ended up paying over $800 and to make things more disappointing Nelson told us that he would come back within a few days to follow up with us which never happened. I called immediately on Monday because no one came back out and I was told that the branch manager for this area was supposed to call me which I never received a call back and I called again a few weeks later in order to follow up as to why I never received a call and I still didn't receive a call. A week later we had received a bill from Roto-Rooter that said that we owed another $400 which was completely incorrect and it was claiming that we owed for work that was never even done to our home and so I immediately called back and complained about this and finally received a call from a manager and they claimed that they were going to take the additional $400 off of our bill. The manager didn't seem to show any concern at all that we were not only overcharged but we were originally charged for work that was never even done in the first place!! I would not recommend going with this company but instead go with Phil and Paul's plumbing which do much better work and they are a lot more honest and straightforward up front than this company!! Roto-Rooter only seems to care about making sales more than actually taking care of your plumbing concerns!!!
