Comfort Inn

The staff is nice and the hotel is kind of clean, but there seems to be many things wrong with this hotel. Grass and weeds outside are overgrown which makes the place seem abandoned. When I went at least, the key card machine was broken, so the staff had to let you into your room everytime you left. Dead bug on the floor inside of the room. The silver horseshoe lock for the door was broken off and laying inside of my room. Roof was missing some tiles in the hallway. Breakfast didn't have any plates or napkins.

AVOID THIS LOCATION Nastiest dilapidated hotel I have ever encountered with this brand. Not a reflection of Choice Brands. Choice Hotels needs to audit this place ASAP. ROOM 331. I have never been so shocked to see a room look like this. Unclean, smelled bad, mold on curtains, pillow cases, ceiling in need of repair, AC unit broken, bugs, cracked tiles at the whirlpool tub (cut hazard).

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY! Traveling to Florida from Texas. We booked this hotel two weeks ago. When we pulled in the parking lot there was a sign on the door that said the city shut them down. We never received an email or a phone call, nothing to let us know they were shut down. So there we were at 10 o'clock at night trying to find another hotel with 3 rooms available. The cherry on top? There was a huge ufc fight so trying to find a hotel was near impossible. We called choice hotels and they are wanting to speak to the hotel in order to refund us...and wouldn't you know it, they can't get in touch with the hotel. They need to remove this hotel from any booking website. It is still active on every website I've found. They are still taking reservations! It's just taking peoples money! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

My family and I made reservations before driving 10 hours in the middle of the night. Arrived at 1am to locked doors with the attendant just sitting in the chair. She then proceeded not to unlock the door until we called the front desk. As we entered she said there were no more rooms available. As that should not have been an issue since we already booked and paid for our rooms. She then proceeded to tell us that there was no alternative or any way to help us get a room since they overbooked. We then asked why they couldn't have called and told us this before we arrived, as she then said their phone doesn't allow them to make outgoing calls. This was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through!!!
