I paid they took and the gate won't open. No one on site at all and possibly not even in your state to open the gate. I had to force open the gate as well as another customer later on did. I hope I don't need this storage for too long.

Unit was broken into. Red Dot never contacted us after initial notification where they said they would. Since then 6 more units have been broken into in our row. Run, leave as fast as you can, don't ever rent from this inept company ever! So the reply says to call and get help, expect this is the same general number that was rude and hung up on me in the past. I repeat, don't rent from them, run far away and find someone else
