Worst hotel ever! Desk clerk was supposed to issue a new key (since techmical glitch) and never received a key. No remote for the TV so had to call about that. The remote didn't do anything except change channel - no volume control or on/off. Overhead light was VERY bright, and only lamp was a sconce 12 inches from TV screen. The bed looked like someone has been napping in there. So sorry I stopped and left after 3 hrs!

The hot water baseboard heat system wasn't working. They issued electric heaters, which started tripping breakers repeatedly. No heat, no power, no towels. Room was paid in advance so I tried to make the best of it but fled to another hotel halfway through my stay. Tried to get a refund, but the manager was a rude infant nightmare who hung up on me. Expedia was no help. They collected the money, but forced me to go to Super 8 for the refund. Corporate appeal pending, but the blatant theft will probably stand. Avoid this hotel, regardless of the price.
Clearly, Alison, the manager, needs a job that doesn't involve problem solving. She doesn't know how to operate a hotel, as the multitude of rotten reviews both here and on Expedia will attest.

The lack of maintenance and good house cleaning was evedent before we got to our first room. So, it really didn't surprise me that we had to ask for a different room right away.
The good room had no heat ,one set of towels and only a 1/4 a roll of toilet paper..
