Clean hotel, friendly staff, great shuttle service, so close to airport. Rooms are small and little dated but very clean. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. The location is close to the airport, but nothing else. Without a rental car, we really were stranded. Share ride services are not reliable, taxis overcharge, and the buses don't run on weekends. It was difficult for us to see sites or even get to restaurants. You need a car! The hotel lobby is spacious and modern. Our room with King bed was clean and good size. The bed was comfortable. We reported a few minor repairs that need attention. The whole hotel is kept VERY warm, so we had to open our room's window for cooler air. The shuttle service to/from the train or airport was reliable and the drivers were friendly. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Megan and Rufous. There were also fresh cookies available every afternoon, which was a special treat. A small store stocks little items and food items. The breakfast was average, and not kept well-stocked, juices were watered down, and dining area wasn't cleaned regularly. Trash cans were overflowing and old spills needed to be wiped off. The espresso machine in the lobby was fabulous...when it was working. Water cooler leaked. The area around the espresso machine and water cooler needed to be cleaned more often. Overall our stay was ok, staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel is not near anything except the airport. Next time, we'll stay closer to town.
