Avis Car Rental

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AVIS LOCATION UNLESS You Want A Surprise Bills Half A Year Later Yes Six Months Later LOL .!!! I love Avis I have rented many cars from Avis around the world.!!!But Never This Happen To Me So Crazy LoL .!!! Maybe they sleep for six months and Wake up six months later to tell me there was a scratch on the car and want to charge you $1400 I want to laugh in front of their Faces. I returned the car with a full tank of gas like always and even give them a tip when I drop off the car we did not go anywhere that was dangerous and did not scratch anything on the car at all. We only got the car for a few hours because we were on a cruise ship. There was no way that there was any damage because we just hop on hop off at a few location for some pictures. Never leave The car out of sight. But look like reading the reviews here I am not the only one they try to Scam the same way. Bad Bad Bad why do people want to do that and why send someone a bills after six months later .!! Avis should close this location down soon. To stop them from doing this to more good people

Never rent from Avis in Juneau my wife and I rented a car for a week when we picked up the car nobody did a walk around with us, I noticed it had a couple of dings and scratches but didnt think much of it , when we returned the car again no walk around about a month after our trip we get a bill in the mail for $1,700 for damages to the car they are total scammers and Im wondering how many other people have been burned by this company. They deserve no stars at all I will never rent from Avis again

Wonderful experience with the young woman at the counter for my last minute rental. I was in the car and driving off in under 15 minutes! Will definitely rent here again next time I visit Juneau.

I'm so glad I am working with Avis. I had questions about my rental logistics and I was able to get help by phone, taking with an actual human from this location, a couple weeks before my trip. Picking up the car was a breeze. Meanwhile, many of the other companies at the airport were already closed by the time of my 7:30pm flight arrival. Friendly people, nice clean car, yay Avis!!!!
