Action Property Management

If this company could get negative stars I would give them negative. For a property management company that is supposed to be showing houses for their clients they sure are a joke. First off Abby was supposed to meet not only myself but another potential renter at a house. She never showed up and when we were there we both tried calling her and all we got was a generic voicemail. She then told the office assistant that she did show us the house not knowing that we knew a person that worked within their company. She apparently showed her a fake app that said she did. Let's get into the second part of this company, they then tell these potential renters that the owners of the house are not willing to rent to them but they can see another house and that they do qualify for it. The day they are supposed to allow a viewing of the house they called the potential renter and tell them they do not qualify for it because they do not make 3 times the rent. They are incorrect because not only does the renter work in mortgage and know how to calculate income they asked to speak with the person calculating it and they told them they are too busy and they needed to take another phone call. What about the check these clients brought to your office. Email the office assistant to get the check back but no one answers the emails or voicemails when calling. What a joke of a company. Maybe you should fire the staff that works for you and get a staff in there that knows not only how to show up for appointments, returns voicemails, answers the phone, calculate income but also treats people with respect. Instead of 3 weeks stringing these clients along they now have to rush to find another place to rent because their landlord sold their house and they need to be out by the 28th of this month. Great job Action Property Management a mom and 3 children out on the streets when if you were upfront from the beginning they could have been looking for another place. Also Trent works for this company so his 5 star review should not be valid.

I also would give negative stars if it were an option. I was frantically looking for a house that meet everything in my checklist. Action never responded to any of my multiple messages..phone text and email.. Highly unprofessional. My husband and I recently sold our house so we could invest in rental properties.. We wouldn't use Action as our management company even if they were free. Terrible business practice.
