Great customer service, clean room,everything worked, located right down the street from my sister's apartment and easy access to restaurants and freeway.
Rooms: Room was nice and clean. Everything worked
Safety: Well lit parking and area in general
Food & drinks: Plenty of places to eat and drink

I'm amazed at the harassment received from the front desk about late check out. The room was already 3xs the normal rate for bike week and there was already a $10 charge per hour. Always remember customer service.

this hotel is exactly what it says it is. However, when there was an issue they worked quickly to correct it. Including working with the 3rd party booking service to resolve confusion. I will be staying here for my upcoming visits to the Phoenix area.
More extended say locations should follow their service policies.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, kitchenette was clean and bathrooms were spotless.

I'm a long term guest at this hotel. I've spent much of my life traveling nationwide for my career.
This facility is safe, well maintained and very well managed. Manager Carolyn is very responsive and helpful. My room provides me with everything I need for a residential stay.
Location is excellent with nearby restaurants shopping and health care.
Best housing value in Phoenix metro.
