The Woodstream Apts are not what people think they are. They are an over rated dump run by a slum lord who is a racist, the apartments are for thieves, the kids in Apt # 201 will extort money from you and steal the shirt off your back.

I love my complex. When I came to see the unit, Miss Judy showed us around. The apartment that I wanted was gone when I got ready to apply because they go fast. On calling back Pierre was so helpful at getting me into a unit I was just amazed. Susan, who is the property manager at that facility is an outstanding person. The help that Pierre, Judy and Susan has shown me makes me feel more comfortable about being here. If youre Looking for something affordable, really nice and around everything..come on by and take a look. Dont wait too long because they do go fast. Really happy with my choice. Ill be here for a while.

Horrible place do not rent from here and if you can stop by just to curse at the staff because they are rude as hell.

The new management of Woodstream have been so incredibly accommodating. I had to rush into a new living situation and they had me approved and moved in within days. Everyone on the staff has been so accommodating, from our associate Pierre all the way to the Property Manager Susan. And their turnaround on maintenance requests have been fantastic as I issue them. They communicate with me before and after the process to make sure it's taken care of properly, so big thanks to Steve and Tony on the maintenance team!

I cannot in good mind ever recommend this complex to anyone. Between pests, police activity, and so many other issues that both I and my neighbors have faced here I would say seek an apartment elsewhere.
