        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS OUR TAX REFUND THRU THE JACKSON-HEWITT SERVE AMEX CARD. TODAYS PHONE TIME IS EXCEEDING 5 HOURS. We made an on-line appointment, but when we arrived, EARLY, the tax preparer said he was double booked. Then because he wouldn't be in the office the next day, he rescheduled us two days later. He suggested JH's drop off service and we decided to do that. This was 20 minutes after our arrival and his 1st appointment still hadn't shown up. HE DID NOT WANT TO HAVE A FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT. Our second appointment, we signed the paperwork and we wanted our returns deposited directly to our bank. Nope, without our consent he put our returns on American Express Serve. Dealing with AmexServe has become as irritating and non-productive as JH. We will NOT use JH ever again.
