DO NOT STAY HERE!! DIRTY, MOLDY, SCAMMY I booked in December for a two night stay in April and when I showed up they gave me a different room that was more expensive than the one I originally booked, and besides that, WAS DISGUSTING. Our room had BLACK MOLD in the bathroom, and STAINS all over the bedding. We saw the black mold in our room not more than 20 min after checking in and immediately left to stay somewhere else. The woman working at the front told us we would get a refund not once, but TWICE, because we stopped by again the day we left to come home to confirm we would get a refund. She told us that around 2 pm that day her manager would be in and the refund would go through. So far I have only received $100 back from a $360 booking!!!!! $100 doesn't even cover the deposit I had to pay upon check-in!!! WHICH THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR. WE DIDN'T SPEND A SINGLE NIGHT IN THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REFUND OUR MONEY???? even after putting us at risk with that mold exposure!!!! Who knows how much more mold was hiding behind the walls, the sink, etc??? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

I like the other reviewer Kathy, booked my stay at this hotel a few months back, but the hotel refused to honor the prepaid reservation. When I inquired on why, they said because of the eclipse, they won't be honoring any online reservations. They then said if I wanted to stay, I'll have to purchase through them. This is extremely shady practice as they didn't even overbook but rather not honoring an agreement. It seems like they just want to make a few more dollars. Fortunately, my travel agency was able to find me an alternative at a better hotel. To those who want to stay at this hotel, make sure to call to confirm your reservation or else you might be like us.

Booked the hotel in January for the April solar eclipse. Drove several hours with my kids to get there only to be told they had no reservation for me and no rooms available. I had a confirmation email but was told it wasn't in their system, and they were very rude!!! Immediately called the number for reservations with corporate and was told they were showing availability. This is an extremely busy time for this area for me to be running around town trying to find a hotel....stay away!!!!!!! I travel a lot and have never had this happen before...be aware!!!!! *Would like to add 30 minutes after I left I received a cancelation email....odd my reservation got canceled by email when it never existed. These people are LIARS who were just wanting to make more $$$ off the room I had reserved because there were so many people in town.
