        These guys are a joke. They have not stopped a single robbery over the last 2+ years. Multiple cars stolen (4 that I know about), more than a few break ins where tradesmen had their tools stolen from a work vehicle, multiple catalytic converters stolen. Somehow their Live Monitoring service missed an entire 15 minute span while the criminals break in, hot wire and drive off at 5:15 am Saturday 1/20/2024. We have had a community meeting (they showed up 20 mins late to) where they promised to do better and assured us that they were making changes to our service. Nothing changes.
