I went in to replace my phones screen. Great service. The gentlemen who helped me with this was very helpful and very friendly.

Wish I could give them 0 star absolutely horrible employees. No customer service skills or knowledge on how to talk to people.

Without Steves help my T-mobile experience would be just terrible. He is nice and patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate what he did for me.
