I HAD 3 PREVIOUS ACTIVE CASES EITH THEM THINKING THEY WILL BE A GREAT PROFESSIONAL WORKING TEAM,IN REALITY THIS VERY RUDE FEMALE NAMED ARACELI GAVE ME ATTITUDE WITHOUT REASON AND NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY CALLS,TURNS OUT SHE SPOKE TO THE FIRM AND DECIDED TO TERMINATE ALL MY CASES WHICH I ALREADY HAD MONTHS GOING TO,LATER I JUST RECIEVED A TXT SAYING THEY DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT ME BECAUSE OF COMMUNICATION STYLE!!! HAHAHA " CRAZY POTHETIC FIRM I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A FIRM THIS TERRIBLE I HONESTLY DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I had a car accident in March, I opened a claim with Dominguez firm 3/16/2021 and I went to physical therapy office that they recommended me to until late July (they were great) fast forward 9/7/2021 my case is still open. I have to keep calling to get an update from Araceli Lopez and she doesn't even know what's going on. She keep telling me to call back she doesn't have an answer in regards to my case. Hopefully I don't go through this situation again, but if I do I will not be calling this law firm. Horrible experience, I'm still waiting on a call back.
