I really liked the doctors and the staff at this location, but has been nearly impossible to get appointments. I understand that Covid has brought about quite a few changes to the experience to ensure safety for all and that the pandemic has significantly increased the number of folks with pets. However, there have been a few occasions that it has been impossible to get my dog in to be seen for several weeks. The last time, the first available appointment was a month out for a vet appointment and a full 2 weeks for a tech appointment. Ive been a VCA Care Club member for over 3 years and I get that things come up with staff, but it is really frustrating to not be able to take advantage of care in a month youve been charge for the Care Club plan. This was really the last straw - even though I feel like my pup received quality care in the past, it isnt worth staying with an organization with such limited access. Due to the unavailability of appointments, I have had no choice but to find a different vet to provide care for my dog and have also canceled my VCA Care Club membership.
