Corporate-level ignorance about cancer, including myths like "sugar feeds cancer." Too bad my human friends and relatives who died of cancer didn't eat Hills A/D prescription food or they could be alive today!

This is the best vet I have ever taken a pet to see. I was impressed by the person who answered the phone's knowledge. After several calls to a number of vets, VCA's service was far superior. My first appointment with my new malinois, Groot was so positive, I immediately referred other friends to them when I got home. The people at the front desk are so helpful and efficient. The tech who got Groot's info was amazing and clearly knew how to handle animals in a super sweet and comforting demeanor. The vet was hands down the best vet I have ever met. She sat on the floor next to Groot and seamlessly examined him while letting me ask a plethora of questions. I left feeling like he got the best, most thorough exam and treatment possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been going here for many many years and I can honestly say I completely trust everyone there with our animals. They treat them just like the family members they are to us. Not only the best in knowledge and medical treatment but also loving and caring.

My dog had vomited and had diarrhea on Friday night. And I suspected a trace of blood in her urine early Saturday morning. I immediately got an appointment. The doctor checked her and left the room. The billing person sat down with me and proceeded to show me all of the work they suggested$750 to $900!!! Then, I alone, had to make the decisions without the doctors input. I opted for fluids, and anti nausea meds. The bill was $233. The next day my dog was feeling better; no longer vomiting but there was more blood in her urine. It was Saturday. I was panicked. If only the doctor had been in the room when we were reviewing the costs. She could have given me more guidance. I wont be returning. My guess is that the doctors reluctance to be involved in the pricing negotiations is a clear signal she knows the prices are too high.
