George is a very professional person, he is not trying to sell me random health insurance plan. He took information from me and provided multiple options for Health, Dental and Vision. Later he suggested the plan which is feasible for me with in 1 week i was able to get my insurance. Coming to response time he responds very quickly and sends his availability, phone call or zoom based on your preference. He will not be in hurry to finish the call, he listens to you very patiently and suggests the best.

UPDATE*** October 2021: George made it right!!! Unbeknownst to me, my previous employer paid for coverage in Sept. and so when George reached out it was perfect timing. I still stick by what I said about George knowing how to handle my insurance needs, but it is so much nicer to have experienced it. Thank you for biting the bullet and taking care of your clients. Sept 2021: I spoke with George about my needs with obtaining new individual health insurance since I’ll be leaving my current employer. He was initially informative in helping me understand what kinds of medical reimbursement and stipends employers offer to their employees. He informed that once I figured out what those terms were to give him a call back. Well I did and called him a couple days later. I’ve left 3 voicemails over the period of 2 weeks about a month in a half ago and never received a call back. It’s too bad because I really believed he would have been helpful and he sounded like he knew what he was doing.
