I had work done on a leaking pipe back in June 2021 and leaked until today, Feb 2022. I CALLED FOR INFORMATION about what was done in June, but there was no response for 2 days.Their receptionist finally called me and provided me with misleading information regarding work done in June that was "unproperly" installed by them. Manager Tracy called me back, explaining that her receptionist gave me the wrong information. Tracy was very rude, cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation. All I wanted was information regarding the work that was done in June, whether they did or did not properly install pipes. That was it. She did not act in a professional manner, constantly ignoring what I was asking. Explaining the situation in a demeaning tone regarding my pipes, which was already explained by their technicians. I am never using this company again. Service: Plumbing leak detection

My mother has been without a water heater since Dec 23 after various calls they refused to install the heater And sent it back. Saying she was rude calling in so many times. Rude is putting you on hold till the call drops . Its winter and she has to boil water to bathe. Service: Water heater installation
