        Rude, lack knowledge, unprofessional etc today on new years eve. They treat some people like trash. Only 1 out of the 4 was kind & professional. The first associate that greeted us was extremely kind & helpful. One cashier didn't want to process my VS credit card payment and walked away, the second one was condescending and did not know a credit card from a gift card, and she was rude. And the manager walked up and didn't know if they took VS credit card payment. They actually told me they did not take the payments because of an update in the system. And said that no BBW take VS payments. She finally either figured it out or wanted to do her job. Interesting group of associates today. No worries ladies your rudeness is a deterrent.
