Phone screen cracked and Asturion, ATTs insurance vendor, claims there is an IT issue that won't let me book my claim. Been in the ATT shop 3 hours now and service tech says I should b repaired and gone. Asturion is putting off honoring the claim. not sure if there is really an IT issue but why am I paying the price for their IT issue? Now on with the "office of the CEO" with no progress. Cannot help but think they are just waiting for me to go away. ATT store manager will do nothing to compensate for their bad vendor. Says "Feel sorry for employees here as they bear the brunt and att has to know that they have contracted with a scam vendor.
So the only way to get my insurance covered phone fixed, is to leave att and get a new phone from another vendor? Crazy, dishonest , by ATT and Asturion.

We came into the store and were helped by Eddy pretty quickly. He went above and beyond. He helped us not only resolve the reason we initially came in but other issues we had as well. He's definitely a great addition to your team! As someone who works in customer service I know what it takes to provide that level of service he provided us. Give that man a raise . Typing this from my new phone too

I went to AT&T and had a situation, I needed to speak to a manager/ supervisor and I got to speak to a manager within a minute of walking into the store. She was very patient with us and walked through every step with us very clearly and made sure we understood. She provided us with all the information we needed and more.

I am very disappointed in the management and customer service experience I had in this store. Its really unfortunate that both the agent and manger deliberately decided not to help me. I came in with an issue regarding switching a telephone number. Asked if they could help me and was immediately directed to call customer service. I had another telephone issue. Once the representative was done, helping me in the store she was very rude and acted as though I was taking up her valuable time with my presence, and walked away with a very ugly attitude.
Shortly after she walked away, the manager approached us, telling us that he would call customer service for us went in the back for about 10 to 15 minutes came out and proceeded to help another customer avoiding us altogether.
I am the one who had to approach the manager who said he was going to help us, and he then said oh no, Im sorry I was unable to get in touch with them but never came back to us to let us know but instead started to help another customer.
I had informed both the agent, a representative and manager that we had just come from a funeral, and was very distraught ready to begin with, and to have to experience this after our day was very and makes me not want to continue my service.
