Shari's Berries Local Order Ln

I placed my order 8 days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day before Mother's Day for a better chance of delivery. I found out late that they wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Obviously upset, I called in and spoke to a supervisor there, Fredee, who set up a new order with me for double the berries and would only charge me the original price I paid. They got here the very next day, on Mother's Day and they looked beautiful. Biggest strawberries I've ever seen. I know this won't be everyone's experience with this company, but the definitely seem to do everything they can to help their customers when something goes wrong.

Better order on-line. Trying to reach a live body over the phone is problamatic at best. Very expensive. Product is good, and so is the sugarless version. Better download the app if ordering on line. Going to location is a good idea, if it is not far from you. Had to pay extra for shipping on an exact date.

I can get a whole dozen from sharis website,for the price the factory charges for 6 . The factory works out to almost $6.00 for 1 strawberry... H Please...
