Extremely poor customer service. I went into the store this morning to order a replacement phone for my son. The employee never asked me or indicated that the phone would be shipped to the store, and placed the order. I was told it would be there when I “return to the store to pick it upâ€. I immediately let him know that would not work, and that we were leaving the state in the morning. He said he was sorry, that he should have asked, and proceeded to call his boss, after which he said the order had been cancelled completely. He said it should take about 20-30 minutes to “clear off my account†so I could place a new order directly with Verizon. He even showed me his touchpad and said “see, there’s no active order, it’s been cancelledâ€. I tried ordering a new phone on Verizon’s website an hour later and then a couple hours later, and finally after calling a Verizon agent was told there was a pending order still from this Go Wireless store. He tried contacting them (over 15 minutes), and said they weren’t answering the phone. So I just called Go Wireless, explained the situation, and was told that the order is active and can’t be cancelled. I was also told that I had to wait until the phone arrived at their store in order to place a new order. When I explained that their employee apologized, cancelled the order, and even showed me his touchscreen with no “active†order, the guy on the phone immediately went in to “it’s your fault we’re in this situation†mode, telling me that Go Wireless can’t ship to my home - like I’m supposed to know that - and literally saying “we’re in this situation because of youâ€. The guy never asked if it was ok to ship to their store before placing my order, and even sincerely apologized for not asking. Whoever the guy was that answered the phone just now was rude, condescending, and had no interest in taking any responsibility for or trying to appease a situation they created and that I am now stuck with until the phone ships and arrives and is then cancelled. This Go Wireless has horrible customer service, and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I've never met an employee as rude and demeaning as this one. He had one headphone in during the entire conversation, asked my age and didn't even look at what I was trying to show him on the phone. He told me to call tech support without even looking at what my problem was. I stormed out of the store frustrated and still with a broken phone. Extremely disappointing.

I had the BEST Verizon experience with Brittany today! I hate to spend time with upgrading and dealing with phone issues but she helped me with everything with such a kind and patient demeanor that I will always come back and see her when me and my family need help in the future! You are lucky to have her working for you!!
