T-Mobile

I always have a pleasant experience with this T-Mobile and their staff but today was really awesome. I purchased a screen protector from Amazon that I was unable to put on myself. I walked in and within 5 minutes my screen protector was put on perfectly at no cost. The girls running the store were super sweet and did a great job.

Transferred service to T-Mobile 15 days ago. The representative did not know what she was doing. The manager had to keep telling her what to do. My monthly bill already was deducted 15 days after I signed up, they told me it was going to come 30 days after sign up. I am a senior and my bill was to be a flat $50.00 monthly with auto pay. They charged my account $84.67. I called customer service regarding this problem. They were very nice and stated the representative at the T-Mobile store input the wrong information, because of their error now I have to pay $66.67 every month for a year. Than supposedly they will reimburse me after the year is up due to the wrong input of the representative at the T-Mobile store. I am a senior and who knows if I'll be around next year. I am very disappointed with that location and will never ever do business with them and will definitely tell my friends not to do business with them as well.

Worst customer service experience.  The store was empty yet the store employees did not want to help set my new phone. They cited some policy that if you upgrade your handset online they will not help to set up the phone. Seriously wrong. I would never go here again
