This place is horrible loud and the condos are just appartments with a face lift,these condos are not built to condo specks,also you can hear the neighbors beside and below the building and their plumbing every time they flush the toilet or turn on the sink,washing machine,also there is an issue with mold,parking here sucks forget about having guests over to visit cuz they will never find parking and last night my car was vandalized and security was no where in sight,regret staying here,will be moving from here as soon as possible.

Nice environment, aweful parking, ok condos.... SUPER LOUD CHILDREN, the children here are crazy with irresponsible parents....screaming constantly.

The management of this complex is more like a lazy warden in a low security prison than staffed with people who are employed by, and are therefore there to help the residents. Questions are met with snarky instead of helpful responses and a general lack of respect. Their parking situation is lacking and the overall maintenance of the grounds is sad. This is one of the worst properties in Rancho Bernardo. It could be nicer, but whoever owns it doesn’t care, clearly. Were it my property, I’d immediately hire a new management staff and let them know that the residents are who keeps their paychecks coming.
