. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to Castllo restaurant supply store. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by what I perceive as rude behavior from the owner, Antonio. During my visit I encountered a situation where Antonio's demeanor was less than accommodating. His approach was not only discourteous but also left a lasting negative impression on my overall perception of your establishment. As a customer, I believe that a welcoming and respectful environment is crucial for any business. Regrettably, the encounter with Antonio fell short of these expectations. I wanted to bring this matter to attention in the hope that such incidents can be addressed promptly, ensuring a more positive experience for future customers. I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to maintaining a customer-friendly atmosphere at .ths establshment
