Avoid this store. Slow, inefficient, poor attitude, bad look for the uncarrier at 2445 Alvin Ave, San Jose, CA 95121 Arrive at 11:35am. 1 customer(a couple) being serviced by the single associate and no one else in the store. No acknowledgement of my arrival. 12:05pm. Still servicing that same customer. 2 others came behind me and left in frustration. 12:07 picks up the phone when it rings and talks to them for 5 mins. Still no acknowledgment of me or the other person standing in line. Hangs up the phone and continues to setup the customer with a new account. 12:10. I ask him long it will take. The customer apologizes for the delay. The associate glares at me and doesnt say anything. 12:17 picks up the phone again. 12:19 customer being served leaves and apologizes to me 12:20 associate starts talking to me. No eye contact or regrets for the delay. Total time to setup a customer from the time I arrived was 45mins. They had already picked the phone and this was only setting them up. I dont know if this is normal time or passes for service. Other carriers should be paying for this store so that people get turned off from T-Mobile

DO NOT GO HERE!!This is for the owner Minh, you should be ashamed of yourself scamming your own people, older Vietnamese ladies that don't know English. He's been charging my family members an extra $20 dollars/month for "insurance" for 2 phones so that's $40 per month for the last 6 months, and today we found out there's no insurance for the phones. My aunt came out to the store today to pay her phone bill and someone else was working instead of the scammer owner Minh and she wanted to cancel her insurance and the worker said there's no insurance for the phones. So she's been paying the extra $40/month so he can pocket it for himself. My aunt doesn't speak any English and doesn't use card payments so she always pays everything in cash, I guess Minh used this opportunity to scam her so he can pocket whatever cash he can. What a disgusting human being. I wonder how many other Vietnamese older folks like my aunt he's scammed at his store.. Everyone that reads this review please spread the word and avoid this store.
