My son just finished 2 years here and what an incredible experience it was. Love the professionalism of ALL staff and the support they provide their students. It was a tough end of 8th grade with distant learning but they made it work. Loved attending sports events and after school activities. My child was involved in wrestling, basketball and band. Thanks Quimby staff for supporting our students and their parents. Go Lobos

Awesome and caring staff! They are very timely with the information they disperse through emails, Instagram and Facebook. Also love their Honors Assemblies! The wrestling program is top notch with a dedicated coaching staff. Well done Quimby Oak Lobos Teachers and Staff.

I am very impressed with the school Administration/Leadership! My child really enjoys attending Quimby Oak Middle School and has nothing but positive feedback to share as a first year student (7th grade). On several occasions she has shared that 8th graders have gone out of their way to be kind and welcoming to her as an incoming 7th grader.

My two boys have both attended the Lobo School of Innovation at Quimby and grown tremendously through the group oriented instruction. The school within a school allows the limited number of students to interact in age appropriate ways to learn about academic content, but more importantly, learn to work with others. Both my boys have grown as leaders and communicators who are engaged with the learning of the content and driving their own personal growth as team members. They took on leadership roles and flourished in the real world situations. As a former teacher, I know that research does not say good things about homework. The research does say that this kind of learning approach for this age group is unrivaled in its ability to let students grow. Take a leap of faith and try LSI -- it will change your child's future in a most positive way.

Two times I visited the front office, both time left feeling horrible, sad, down, worried... though they, the two woman staff, didn't do or say anything harmful. Just the way they talk, very cold and stuck up. Please keep your kids off of the front office if possible.Am I alone in this? I've been through the old DMV/INS office people in the 90's but I didn't get this kind of chill in my spine.
