The worst experience so far in renovations, and thats saying something. Ive tried to purchase my tile for two weeks and get an absolute run around. The woman j was working with left the office without notification, he assistant wont return calls, when i call the showroom the woman at the front desk just plays telephone between me and the staff because no one will actually take my call. Ive left voicemails for the manager, Don. He wont call me back and when j asked the front desk woman to just get him on the phone so I could order thousands of dollars in tile she said he wouldnt take it. While I was over the run around and being frank and blunt on the phone; no cussing or name calling here, the front desk woman hangs up on me. So Ive got the woman with all my order information MIA, her assistant whose helpless and just tells the front desk to tell me my sales rep will call me back. But she never does and never has. Im appalled that the manager wont step in to help his sales rep customers when she unexpectedly leaves the office for ten days. This whole experience has been insane. Ive been in the showroom twice where I was treated like a nuisance for trying to give them my money. Once Don, the manager ignored me for fifteen min while he guided some women around the showroom. Never once did he acknowledge me or say someone will be right with you. Nothing. Then again i went in and was ignored or told someone else would help me. After I was hung up on I just stared to cry, bc why? Why was I hung up on? Because Im irritated that theyre unprofessional and told the woman as much? Just stay away and give your money to people who want it. Updated bc don just called me and harassed me on the phone about leaving this review. I told him I didnt need his help at this point bc i was already in touch with the corporate office and he began raising his voice, berating me, and interrupting me. What a guy to work for. You get sick and cant come I and this is the guy you have to trust to help you with your business. Don should be fired, hes spiking the businesses name.
