image They will walk in your room while you are sleep multiple times throughout the night and morning and invade your privacy. They will use there key card instead of calling you and use it to go in your room beware.

image Get ready for fraud! bedsides the good work and effort that Miss Monique at the front desk does, being only her at night shift (no security, handyman or manager available wich she called more than five times for help) she took care of our late check-in and tried to help with a malfunctioned light at the room with no success, she told us she will send someone to fix it next day and nothing happen, towels weren't changed and the smell of old carpet was to strong. It was overall a couple of bad sleep night. At the moment of the check out will not matter if you sign your receipt with the amount of your reservation they will iligally charge you with an unauthorized higher amount, without your consent a few days after you leave the place you will find yourself with double charges. Don't bother calling their Manager Dwein to try to find some explanation of unauthorized charges because what you would get is a very rough tone and you will even get yellted at by the manager saying you are being charged more because they pretty much can do whatever they want with your card on file. They will overbooked and then leave you on the street or welcoming you with a bunch of unauthorized charges, so is up to you to have a bad experience or simply go to another hotel with serius and profesional people that respect you as costumer and don't rob you on your face.

image This is the second time I have used this hotel chain and honestly there is no third chance. It seems that animals are staying instead of people with the ability to analyze that there are more people in the other rooms. Screaming, slamming doors, walking hard, fighting, smoking and a thousand other sounds. To make matters worse, the front desk was closed.
Don't spend your money here unless you are a family like those staying here.
