this agency! charged me to start an insurance policy and did a false misrepresentation on the application which led to my policy being cancelled. I found out by a letter I was sent by the insurance company. I called the agent to find out what happened and she did not know what to answer stated "I don't know what happened just wait for a reimbursement by mail". They are just after the money! won't listen to what you're telling them they put whatever they want on those papers. besides, they're office employee ( the one whom attended me). VERY INCOMPETENT! I WISH THERE WERE 0 STARS I CAN RATE THEM WITH!
