Was in the emergency building on Thomasville Road with a family member; attentive care, nice medical staff; upon transfer to the main hospital on Magnolia, good care continued; was a bit of a mix-up with getting a room and had a minor issue with a nurse who got "defensive" when a certain service was questioned. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and patient. Though the medical staff seemed quite competent, it is my firm opinion that family members need to, if possible, stay the night at the hospital with their loved one. Also, want to comment that the food from the cafeteria was actually pretty tasty!!!

The staff has raised the bar so high most others can't obtain their greatness. I can't say enough on how wonderful, caring and willing to make a patient more comfortable and less stressed everyone at this facility is. Most of what is needed during treatment is housed in the same building which to me was much easier than dealing with different staff in other facilities. Whatever they're doing, they are doing it the right way and it is all about the patient. WONDERFUL STAFF.
