Great experience with this company, works just as good and quickly as an overpriced broker, don't fall for the BS listing brokers tell you, their service is not worth more. these guys got my house sold in a matter of weeks and just as available and helpful as any other broker we have used. Listing agents rarely sell their own listing, this service charged us $2995 flat fee, took pictures, put out signs and listed on MLS and that's all it really takes, if another real estate agent sells you only pay 2-3% which is still saving a lot of money, and no pressure to agree to a transaction fee. NEVER agree to a transaction fee with any broker, this is just free money on top of the huge cut of your money they already get. If a broker charges a transaction fee you need to offer or list with a different broker. I was very pleased and my advice is to keep your hard earned equity, list with Assist to sell.
