Ramada Augusta Downtown Hotel & Conference Center

Here for Masters and the hotel was very run down. The dresser was broken, trash behind it, very old. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. The lobby was fine but dated. The benefit was the wonderful shuttle service. The driver, Miss Dora, was lovely. The downtown area seems to have been done in by covid they told us. Not many businesses were open sadly.

Hotel is a dump. Lobby smells like 1970, pool was closed, elevator sounded like it was falling apart. Zero capex was spent on this place in the last 20 years as its very run down.

Be sure to ask about th pool before you check in. We were lied to about it being ready to use repeatedly . Very outdated . The smell and cleanliness was awful

This was the most outdated hotel I've ever stayed in. Bathroom door once close i had to use extreme force to open. AC coils was full of dust and what looks like hair. Also in the bathroom hairs from previous occupants was around the sink. Nothing in the room was efficient additional outlets or a surge protector next to the bed would have been helpful. I'm just thankful I only stay two days at this location, horrible experience.
