I was going to place an order, but as the communication went on, the elder representative was EXTREMELY RUDE, telling me what I was GOING TO HAVE TO DO and when THEY WERE DELIVERING, etc... I wanted to continue just so that the order could be placed, but my gut kept telling me to find another florist. After, continuing to try (pray & try), I finally just gave up and requested to disregard the order. The woman softened her voice a little and began to give me actual different options. I politely explained to her how I felt this was an unpleasant experience, she cut me off again and yelled "GO TO HELL" and hung up in my face... #SOCONFUSED...

Extremely rude called to ask about, if they held a particular flower. In the mist of saying what flower I was looking for, I was told " I don't have them " and hung up on. It was lliterally a 26 second conversation.
I will not be purchasing from here!!

I called to ask about the prices of rose petals. I was asked to do this by my boss. They lady was very rude and called me stupid and then hung up on me. We were potentially going to spend a lot of money due to the fact that our restaurant is 3 stories. I plan on telling everyone about this experience. I still am in shock.

Buyer Beware!
I don't usually write a poor review for companies, but I must be honest here.
First off I would like to say that I purchased flowers for my elopement only three days before hand so that should also be accounted for before reading my review.
When we called, the woman on the phone was short and felt like she couldn't be bothered. We asked if she was able to do two small bouquets of sunflowers, daisies, and lavender and to have two roses in one of the bouquets to represent my grandmothers. She said she didn't have lavender so she could do a different purple filler (fine). The price for those two bouquets was $170. I thought this was high for what I asked for, but it didn't bother me as I didn't give much time for it to be put together.
When we went to pick them up the day of the wedding it all went wrong:
1. The location is NOT where they claim to be (central to historic Savannah). When my husband drove to the address, there was NO business there! When he called she was RUDE and said she emailed us where the address to pick up was. (We never gave her our email address and the location was about 20 minutes outside of historic Savannah) So all in all what we thought would be a 10 minute pick up ended up taking about an hour out of the day.
2. The bouquets were NOTHING that I had asked for. We got two GIANT PURPLE bouquets wrapped and stuck in vases. The sunflowers were already wilting, the daisies were dyed bright purple, there were about four purple roses, and a whole lot of random purple and pink flowers. What I had expected was white daisies and sunflowers with two roses.
3. My sister went to random grocery stores and purchased about 5 bouquets with flowers I had originally wanted for about $30. Her and my sister in law ended up making the wedding flowers out of those.
I am pretty laid back and we were all able to laugh about it given that this was a small elopement, but if you are a bride who is looking for something really well put together and pleasant customer service, I would have to honestly say look somewhere else.
