Great location. Staff is super friendly and responsive. Whenever anything needs fixing super quick to respond. Usually once a week they serve either nice bagels and shmear or get lunch catered. Theyre always doing fun give aways and contests. I actually won a brand new Samsung galaxy phone when the building had a Verizon-sponsored contest earlier this year.

I moved to 606 Blue in October and have been very happy with my decision. Great location at the intersection of Bucktown, Wicker Park and the 606 trail.
The staff is fantastic too. The building manager, Gabby, and the maintenance manager, Pedro, are extremely attentive to residents requests.

Gabby is really friendly and easy to work with. Gabby has exceeded our expectations with her communication style and constant attention to detail, and she continues to make the 606 a fun place to live.

I've really enjoyed my experience at 606 Blue. An incredible location, great amenities and an amazing team - Gabby and Pedro were so welcoming when I moved in and have been so helpful during my time here. I can't say enough good things about them!

606 Blue is honestly the best place Ive lived in Chicago over the last 6 years. I recently bought a condo in the neighborhood and that is the ONLY reason Im leaving. Why is this building so amazing?? Let me tell you.
1/ Gabby - she runs the building like an absolute boss. Shes so incredibly organized, efficient, friendly, and responsive. She never fails to promptly follow up on any tickets you logged in the portal and its obvious she truly cares about every tenant.
2/ Pedro - anytime you log a ticket with maintenance, hes on it! Hes very friendly, proactive, and overall goes above and beyond.
3/ Green building - aka very efficient so your electric bill is usually pretty cheap
4/ Common room - if youre working from home, the building has a great common room with a pool table, kitchen, coffee machine, outdoor deck if you need a change of pace.
5/ Sundeck - great sundeck with lounge chairs, a fire pit, tables, and grills ! Its currently being remodeled FYI
6/ You live above Aldi - living above a grocery store (especially an inexpensive one I might add) is incredibly convenient - especially in the winter months.
7/ Youre across the street from access to the 606 trail - who wouldnt love that?!
8/ Modern appliances - whats not to love there?
9/ Office nook with a built-in desk - for those of you working from home right now
10/ Spacious floor plans
And many more other reasons but I figured you get it by now!
