My husband and I just moved this week and I must tell you, everything went smoothly! Ilana was quick to respond to our maintenance request, she put our names on the mailbox right away, and she’s very accommodating, A true professional. We are very happy living in our apartment.

I had a generally positive experience for a year at a unit managed by Lakeview associates, which led me to the decision to transfer my lease at a different building. For the front half of my lease I was busy spending most of my time outside for work, so I didn't see anything wrong at all. It wasn't till the pandemic hit that I had to work from home, which then the truth came out: cockroaches, crocked floors, flooding bathroom, bad ventilation... I get it, I was paying for the location and the building is literally 100 years old. But that doesn't excuse the poor attitude from the management team: -During my five months in quarantine there was never a day where I don't hear the staff yelling down my hallway, which half of the time was just screwing around and not work related. -I received a harassment note on my door from one of the other tenants and the only response from the team was that "they will look into it". I never got another follow up from them. The living situation was so bad I ended my lease a month early. Don't waste your money here, it's just not worth it.

The location is perfect! The walls are thin though so you will likely here your neighbors.
