TLDR: A beautiful building with lovely units unfortunately infested with mice on the lower floors, bed bugs on the upper floors, a package thief, and a management that doesn't care about you and doesn't want to replace anything because they would rather make money than provide their tenants with things that work. If you can avoid all of this though, it is a very nice place. I would highly advise anyone considering moving here to reconsider. When my partner and I were first thinking about moving here, we knew that management was going to be rough to deal with but figured we could slide under the radar for our time here and all would be well, but that hasn't been the case. I will recount some of the more major disruptions of the past year. We may get bed bugs twice since living here. The first time happened within a month of moving, which was during the height of the pandemic, so it is likely they were already in the building. Despite that, the company they bring in was very unprofessional and inefficient, so we needed 6 weeks to be rid of them rather than the standard 3-4. And that was after 3 weeks of no improvement so we asked them to send somebody else. They didn't check the surrounding units very well and now our neighbor has them and we just found one in our bath tub. They don't care if new units get them, they just don't want to admit it is an issue. There is a mouse living on the first floor and we have heard from two different residents that their unit/floor has one, on the 6th and 9th floor. There has been a package thief since before our moving here, which the building has done nothing to stop any further incidents. It is pretty common to see new notes in the mail area asking for their packages back. There was a week where only one of the dryers worked in a building with 70 units. Our dishwasher broke in the first month and no repairs could be made because the unit hasn't been in stock for 15-20 years (standard life for a dishwasher is about 8 years). Waited two months for them to only give us an old one from another unit that still works. But at least it works. Asked to move in a day early (which we would pay for) because of a gap between our old an new lease. They told us no, then yes an had us sign a new lease, then said no again and still tried to charge us 80$ extra our first month, saying it's because we moved in early. These are most of the major incidents, but certainly not all of them. So why two stars? Well, a full-window unit overlooking the lake is amazing and, for the price, it is hard to beat. We wanted to move in because we thought we could lay low and just enjoy the place and the view, and that has been impossible. If you are able to successfully do that, it wouldn't be a terrible place. But with two active pest infestations and a management that doesn't care, you're likely going to have a similar experience as us.

Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this property! Group Fox has always been promptly responsive and the apartments in this building are homey and in a great location. My favorite thing is all of the windows and amazing natural light!
