        Allstate re-assigned us to a new agent who would not return emails or even answer the phone. This prompted us to start looking for new insurance for our West Loop condo. Found Linda online. She was quick to respond to email and super attentive to our needs, including talking through different coverage options over the phone. If you are looking for a responsive agent that provides excellent service give her a try.
