My neighbor's home burnt to the ground. While the fire department was still on the scene a farmers claims agent was on location to get these people housing, find them a hotel room (Extended stay) and money in their pocket. I was floored the way an insurance company responded to a clients needs when it was, had to be the worst time in their lives. It was at that moment I decided it was time to take a look at my State Charm insurance Co. I found Tony Porrello not to far from my house , walked in the door and walked out a new policy holder for my 4 cars, my house and a liability umbrella. Cant say enough about how nice this man treated us. Yeah everyone says he was just trying to make a buck, but is that what they were doing for my neighbor? Just trying to make a buck???
