This review is for Joseph Cabey. He single-handedly went above and behind to get me and my brother insurance rates 50% lower than our previous insurer. This review is for Joe Struck - hands down, the best insurance rep Ive dealt with.
I recently moved back to Chicago from overseas, and was looking for a reliable and professional insurance agent. Joe picked up the phone and answered all of my questions and, if he didnt know something (which is rare IMHO), he promised to call back (which he did). Easy going, confident, pleasant, and quick to response.
If you want your insurance (car, rental, etc) dealt with professionalism, and knowing there is someone on the other end listening to you - Joe is your guy.
