It's been absolute pleasure working with Inga. She is very attentive and informative. Service prices here are reasonable. If you need cheap though, go elsewhere. I'm looking for quality, reputation and reliability over anything. Quite a few of my friends had their paperwork done through here for years and I have not heard anything negative so far.

This is my 4th time, that I use this company. Twice for my Russian passport, once for my son and most recent passport for my mother. I can not say thank you enough to Inga and Olga. Excellent service, very good communication, timely matter in the difficult situation ( during the covid outbreak still be able to manage renewal of my mother's passport!!) Highly recommend it! If i could give zero stars i would. Called them, had an appointment. When i came there, it was closed. Waited for 1 hr. No one showed up or answered the phone. Taking my business elsewhere. It is the word experience i had to date.
