But the office, I have been into this office twice now, and have been met with incredibly rude, slow and unenjoyable service.

I am a client who sends 10 to 15 weekly shipments and clients are important and fundamental to USPS so we should receive a better deal, I am not asking for anything for free, please improve the quality of customer service, I come to this office because it is to one side of my house but I will do my best to make my shipments with another company.

Why do I need to make an appointment to submit an application for a new passport if I'm still going to be told to wait in line? There were at least nine people when I arrived to this post office. I went to the front to ask if there was anybody else that could help me because I did have an appointment, the way the lady responded back to me is what made me write this review. This is a review for the lady that was working the morning of 9.27.21. She cut me off as I was asking, didn't even let me finish my sentence, and rudely told me to go back to the line and wait like everyone else. I wish I would of had a different attitude and actually say something back to her. Perhaps question her as to why I was required to make an appointment and take the morning off work so I can submit the application when I could of just walked in one day over the weekend. But I've worked in hospitality for WAY too long and have learned to be patient with RUDE people, I am also VERY nice! It's sad how many bad reviews there are about this post office and it still hasn't changed, which only makes it true when people say that those who work for the state think they are superior to EVERYONE and can talk to you in any way they want. Please retrain your staff to be more personable and have a positive attitude!!
