        They took my name when I walked in but didn't say how long the wait would be. My dad was having an issue with his sim card and I just needed to be switched out. I couldn't find an option to schedule an appointment online unfortunately. The store did seem clean but pretty light on things to look at after the first 20-30 minutes you really start getting bored. I gave up and am going to try calling customer service.
