        The agency owner is extremely unprofessional. The agency cancelled my policy without proper notice, pursuant to the 30 day notice as required by law. When I contacted the agency owner he was rude, unprofessional, and of absolutely zero assistance. I went with GEICO and am so happy I did! They were SEVERAL hundred dollars less: both automobile and landlord insurance policy.
