        Complete joke of a store and a company. If you live near 60585 the tower is bad and your phones don't work!!!! They offer nothing but apologies while you are still paying for phones with no service. Calls don't come through no texting no network at all when off wifi. After fighting for over a month, finally got out of my family plan. Was told to return the phones to this store. Went to store, sat there for an hour, and told they can't take the phones. JUST STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT... PERIOD!
