        Very poor over the phone customer service. His attitude was "I know everything and you dont" . Would not go there and would not recommend to anybody.

        Customer service was ok until there was some confusion. Leo made a mistake on what new phone to give me and I had to pay for the restocking fee for his mistake. The manger Elaina was not in and could not be contacted to help with this mistake. When I called her for a refund and was told I would only get half I asked for upper management to call me. I never received a call. This situation was handled terribly, definitely a training opportunity.
