Pella Windows and Doors of Fort Wayne

Windows are great! Ordered the wrong size windows. After receiving new windows installation went smoothly. We are happy with the Pella windows. A bit pricey.

Great experience with Phil S. at Pella. Worked with him to replace half of our Pella windows, and we hope we get to work with him again when we do the rest. He was understanding of our budget concerns and was always willing to give us more information.

Terrible job. Can see screws holding in the window. Project Manager Jim Wolf assignedto this job refuses to send anyone back to correct without providing proof or pictures. This install should appear exactly the same as the other 5 existing windows. Look at your own windows, you will not see anything but smooth wood. Looks really bad. Paid $1600 for this!! I would not ever recommend Pella to anyone.

A great overall experience! We continue to choose Pella over the competition as we not only believe in the product itself, but the support offered both before and after the sale. We have worked now twice with Phil through the Windows & Doors store in Fort Wayne. He does a wonderful job listening to our needs and explaining the entire process, while offering valuable product and application information along the way. We will continue coming back to Pella Windows & Doors for any future needs!
