Purchased a heating and air conditioning unit three months ago. Was told that they have 24/7 repair service. The furnace is already not working properly and when I called to have someone come out I was told that none of their technicians were available and they would call me by end of business or the following day. The fact that they had 24 seven repair at no additional cost was part of the reason I purchased from them. They are a contractor for Home Depot. Service: Installation

Had issues with my AC and Lance W was dispatched to my house. He was very professional and clearly explained all issues for me. Clearly very knowledgeable on HVAC system. I would recommend this company based on the experience I had with Lance.
