        Terrible service. Ive been waiting in line for over an hour WITH a reservation. Apparently the guys in the back just arent going to wash cars today according to the front desk person. It appears that the other other rental companies at this airport arent fairing any better suggesting they all use the same car washers that arent doing their job in the back.

        Twice I've booked ahead for a 15 passenger vehicle pre paid supposed to be ready to pick up. And twice now I've gotten here only to find out "the biggest we have is a dodge journey". The absolute worst rental company across the board.
