        Despite my reservation, no cars were available for rent. Imagine arriving 10:30 pm to find that you had no vehicle? Staff was unfriendly, cold and offered no apology. No offer of assistance. Scandalous level of service!!

        Not sure if I'm reviewing them, or Enterprise. National counter was not staffed, with Enterprise covering for them. As an Executive member I go to National for a reason, and not Enterprise. With plenty of nice cars in the National parking spaces, I was given a run down Malibu from Enterprise that would NEVER be rented out by National. The service rep was rude when I asked about Executive selection, and gave a snarky "I don't know what you're talking about, I already gave you a free upgrade" (Booked a full, got a Malibu. And that's an upgrade?). After going outside I realized National doesn't have an Executive selection here so I'm not sure it would have even mattered. Not your typical National location I'm accustomed to.
